Server welcome-tip message builder

Generate a vanilla-style messages.xml section using the supplied DayZ 1.30 message examples. These are in-game server messages after a player connects, not graphics on the actual loading screen.

The generator uses one welcome message and four staggered, one-time tips after connection.

Important platform limitation: DayZ's actual loading screen is controlled by the game client. A normal Nitrado server config cannot replace it with custom rotating graphics or text. This is a Warden Hub web loading-screen preview and a source of onboarding tips you can post in Discord or server messages. Do not advertise it as a native in-game loading screen.
